Happy Easter everyone - my boys aren't even aware what day it is and haven't asked for their eggs yet.
Anyway, I spend a fabulous night crafting away as part of the
In Love With Stamping Forum April Cup Challenge. This was where we registered (everyone could enter not just Stampin' Up! Demonstrators) and put into a team. There were Lions, Owls, Monkeys and Giraffes. I was in the Giraffes.
We were set 5 challenges every hour from 7pm to 11pm. Click
here to visit the gallery to see what was created last night (over 300 new images to browse through)
I would like to share with you 3 of my creations.
The first Challenge was to use the Babywipe technique - this means apply ink with a babywipe!

For this card I used a circular motion to apply the ink.

For this card I swiped the ink across the ink across the card.

The next challenge was to use the Wedding theme of something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.

Something New: Occasional Greetings stamp set that I have just acquired
Something Old: Spot On wheel
Something Borrowed: Sieve to create background, candle
Something Blue: Ink and Cardstock
SuppliesStamp Set: Occasional Greetings, Spot On wheel

What has made this night of crafting worthwhile is the fact the The Giraffes WON.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your chocolate eggs.
Happy Stampin'
