Funky Friday - Buttons Galore

The boys are off school today and Monday. I knew about Monday but forgot about today!!! Never mind, their rooms need cleaned up.

This week's challenge is BUTTONS - only found out recently that David has a phobia about buttons expecially big ones on clothes so this was not his favourite.


Supplies:
Cardstock: Old Olive, Naturals Ivory
Ink: Really Rust, Ruby Red, Old Olive
Accessories: Linen thread, earth elements buttons, chocolate chip grograin ribbon, rhinestone brad.

Funky Friday

It has got cold this week and wet. Not yet turned the heating on and the boys are still wearing shorts to school. We traditionally dont turn the heating on until the October holidays but if it carries on like this I might have to break this!

This week's challenge is a colour challenge - Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, White and Chocolate.

I did not use Chocolate and the tissue paper was white.
Here is my challenge. It is a stamped candle which are surprising easy to make.

Funky Friday - Oops almost a day late

Been another busy week - can someone please give me more hours in the day.

Was doing a workshop this morning so forgot to post this week's challenge.

This week is a sketch challenge.


Here is my card - this was the sketch I followed a couple of weeks ago and this was the card I made for Theo's 8th birthday.

Funky Friday - Something Sweet

This week is a theme challenge - Something Sweet.

I have been rushing around like a mad thing this week so am showing you a box, based on a class by Jenny Moors, that I have altered so the sides are straight rather than being a concertina.

Well what an exciting week. Toby is in full days at school now. Demonstrators got a preview of the new catalgoue - bigger and better.

I am off to a workshop tonight and then Fraserburgh tomorrow to help out a couple of fellow demonstrators at their event.
